El Olivo restaurant chef Guillermo Méndez takes Mallorca to London

chef with his prawnsThis week Guillermo Méndez is offering wonderful lunch and dinner menus at London’s Royal Automobile Club in London’s Pall Mall. The event takes place over three days from 4th – 6th March.

Club members will be offered dishes prepared in the kitchen by Guillermo Méndez. Spanish food and wine is becoming more popular in the UK and Belmond La Residencia wanted to take it to London and introduce people to the wonderful, healthy and tasty dishes that are available at El Olivo restaurant on Mallorca.

The event promises to be a resounding success and it will create an awareness of Mallorcan gastronomy in London, and among the RAC members.

To help promote the event, the General Manager, Ulisses Marreiros will host a press lunch to spread the word among UK media.
